Circular Energy, paper published

The core of the MAXergy approach is to close cycles and to introduce a value for restoring or regenerating original resource stocks, so that the cycle can continue indefinitely. The key indicator for this is Circular Energy, expressed in Embodied land to receive and convert solar energy (in m2-year). Circular energy is the energy to recollect molecules, to restore concentrated resources. Originally its based on exergy analyses, and in fact it is to Counter Entropy: to compensate exergy loss, or reduce entropy growth. More on the background of this approach has now been presented and published as part of the Exergy, LCA & Sustainability Conference, Elcas-5, July 2017, in Nisyros Greece.
